Chotanagpur tenancy act

We the Tribal people of jharkhand disagree on the matter of trying rectification towards Chotanagpur tenancy act 1908 either partially or fully by the jharkhand Govt side.
          Chotanagpur tenancy act is the soul of Tribes of jharkhand. It passed in the year 1908 after long fighting towards injustice to Tribal people. So many Tribal people have lost their lives to achieve their right. The leader of Tribe's Birsa Munda's hard work, his fighting towards injustice to his people,his martre at last came to success to pass the Chotanagpur tenancy act 1908.
        Thus it is our soul. we keep gratitude in it.
  WE THE TRIBAL PEOPLE OF JHARKHAND DISAGREE ON THE MATTER OF TRYING RECTIFICATION TOWARDS CHOTANAGPUR TENANCY ACT 1908.

I am a poor Tribe of Jharkhand state My qualification is B sc.Ten years before Govt of Jharkhand deprived me to join grade 4 Govt job in the same state which I passed through a competition written examination held on 20/08/2006,without any reason.

                                    CONTROVERSIAL   ARISED REASON/FALSE REASON

                                                     “QUALIFICATION BAR”

                                              ---------------------------------------

1)No qualification bar was available till the time of written examination  from Jharkhand Govt side after 20/08/2006 next month a qualification bar from(8—10) stander was presented from Govt side .See gazette—LETTER NO  -4800 of 06/09/06 Govt of Jharkhand.

2)An old incomplete qualification bar of (8---10) stander was declared of Govt of Bihar in advertisement .This qualification bar was already uplifted by Govt of Bihar when Hon Patna high court found its upper qualification bar unconstitutional See gazette-letter no—3577 of 25/09/97 Govt of Bihar.

                                 I framed a case in this matter against Govt of Jharkhand in Hon Jharkhand high court .The court had favor me.

                               After ten years I am still unable to join that job because Govt of Jharkhand denied me to give that job without any reason vs false reason .You can see my case detail in internet also---sushil kumar purty vs state of Jharkhand and others.

       I requested for justice from the following Heads of India-------

    1) Hon president of India

    2) Hon prime minister

    3) Hon chief justice of India

    4) Hon Governor of Jharkhand

   5) Hon chief minister of Jharkhand

   6) Hon chief justice of Jharkhand

   7) Lokayuct Jharkhand

   8) Kolhan  commissioner of Jharkhand

9) The MP of Jamshedpur.

                          Still no success came to me.

      Now I want to put my matter Lastly in—“INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE.”

        Birsa  munda was a freedom fighter of chotanagpur in Jharkhand state. He fought with British in the time of British rule in india during 1895 to 1900 AD in the favor of local tribal people. In that time British rule established a hard tax,land lord system,capturing the tribals people land out of different reason in tribal areas of Jharkhand strike the mind of Birsa munda.Thus he fought against this system and called out a nara---“Ulgulan”.

   Ulgulan means—quit out of this areas and let us remain in our own culture and system .Not to destroy our culture & system.

                Birsa munda was belongs to munda community                                                                                His surname was" purty”.So his actual called by name was  Birasa purty,but he was popular by his name Birsa munda  specially during the time of his struggle against British In  1895 to 1900.Birsa munda”s father name was Sugna munda and his mother name was karmi mundain.He was born in  ‘ULIHATU’, dist –khunti in Jharkhand state.His primary                                                                             education happened in mission school in small town chaibasa  

                                              in west singhbhum in Jharkhand.In that course of time he took BAPTISE and     turned into Christianity and his name was changed from Birsa to David.After sometime he quitout from christianity and backed to his original religion.

                                                                                       Birsa munda was born in 15^th nov 1875.This is an artificial  date of birth.No body knows his original date of birth.No records was found in his early used school”s.The artificial date of birth of Birsa munda was first time declared by sri “Jams purty” the writer of the book ‘ JHARKHAND KE AMAR SAHEED’.In this book you can find the early history of Jharkhand state,political situations,popular events,about Birsa munda”s life etc.Some portion of the book you can find in internet also.Later this book was awarded by Govt of Bihar.In this book first time the artificial date of birth of Birsa munda was decleared as  15 Nov 1875.

               That”s why when Jharkhand separated out of Bihar in 2000,15 Nov was given as a birth date of new born state.

        Sri Jams purty wrote so many books in his life time---Jharkhand ke  amar saheed,Kursinama etc.Now a days his books are not available in open market.One thing I must add in mean time, his friend named C M PURTY  nick name LAURU PAHAN supported him very much to write that books economically,legaly etc.That time LAURU PAHAN was the secaratry of “Aadibashi sahitya prachar samitte” in Jharkhand state.Under his guardianship the above said books were published and popularised in the state of Jharkhand .Now both are not available in this earth.

 Birsa munda died in 9 june 1900 in Ranchi jail.Mostly the above said all things are in my knowledge.I want to share this all things to all of you.

                                Late Jams purty,Late Lauru pahan both were neighbour & fast friend,both are now in same cemetery.

          3) Small plants stem during the time of its grow takes the support of any thing from right to left.

     AADIBASHI GHARI belongs to nature that is why it runs from right to left.
